Booking is simple and flexible:
- Full payment at booking is required to reserve your service appointment.
- Reschedule or cancel up to 2 hours before service appointment using the link in your confirmation email.
- Reschedule or cancel within 2 hours of service appointment by emailing support@mistmd.com.
- Rescheduling is always strongly suggested instead of canceling.
- Service appointment cancellations within 2 hours of service are subject to a $49 late cancellation fee.
